Exquisite Bridal Cars Terms and Conditions

1. The cars will be booked exclusively for your use on the day of your wedding. It will not attend any other wedding on the same day The standard hire charge will include:

• a. Transport of bride and father to the church
• b. Transport of bride and groom to the reception venue
• c. Time on route for photographs
• d. An additional journey to transport the mother of the bride and / or bridesmaids can be arranged (maybe subject to an additional charge.)

2. A non-refundable deposit of £100 is payable for wedding bookings and £50 for non-wedding bookings. The balance is payable 30 days prior to the wedding or special occasion. If a booking is made within 30 days of a wedding or special occasion the balance is payable in full.

3. Wedding and special occasion booking dates are transferable but a transfer fee will apply.

4. The service provided will be as specified in the booking form.

5. For your protection cancellations are only accepted in writing and are subject to the following charges:

• Cancellations made in excess of 30 days before the wedding or special occasion - loss of deposit.
• 
  
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding or special occasion - loss of all monies paid to date

6. In the unlikely event that we have a breakdown, accident or any other event beyond our control we reserve the right to provide another vehicle, which may not be the same type or colour as the vehicle booked, or a full refund.

7. Adequate time will be allowed for the journey but we will not be held liable for any delays beyond our control.

8. If we are unable to complete the booking for whatever reason we will not be held responsible or liable for any arising consequential losses and any refunds will be limited to the money paid by the client.

9. Smoking is NOT permitted in our vehicle.

10. The client is responsible for the conduct of their passengers. We reserve the right to invoice the client or deduct by credit/debit card for any repairs, replacements, or valeting costs arising from damage to the vehicle or its fixtures caused by the client or their passengers

11. The chauffeur will decline to transport passengers or luggage if, in his opinion, the vehicle is overloaded or passengers are unsafe to travel.No responsibility or liability will be accepted for restrictions relating to vehicle access at any location.

12. No responsibility or liability will be accepted for passenger's luggage or personal property
